Your ADHD Assessment Journey
Step 1: Initial Consultation
A friendly conversation to discuss your concerns, explain the process of assessment, and answer any questions you may have.
Step 2: Comprehensive Assessment
A structured session that explores your personal history, current challenges, and strengths using recognised diagnostic tools and questionnaires.
Step 3: Feedback Session
Clear, detailed feedback on the outcome of your assessment, with space to ask questions and reflect.
Step 4: Personalised Recommendations
Practical guidance tailored to you—this may include coping strategies, therapy recommendations, lifestyle changes & workplace/educational adjustments. You may wish to discuss medication, we can assist in linking you to one of the several Psychiatrists, who we work closely with. The way forward isn’t always medication, there are many different options available, and the choice is entirely yours.
Step 5: Ongoing Collaboration
Where appropriate, we liaise with Psychiatrists and GPs in London and the Home Counties to ensure continuity of care and access to the right support.
People who receive an ADHD diagnosis will also receive a letter confirming their diagnosis which, if you wish, this can be given to employers/universities.
