Both short and long-term therapies are available, offering a professional and confidential bespoke service to individuals using a bespoke range of psychological services including counselling, psychology, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and therapy.
What to Expect:
Debbie would initially meet with you for a relaxed assessment of your needs, which would last around 45 minutes. This assessment will ensure that the therapy offered is tailored to your specific needs, for promoting positive change and realistic goals. The assessment and subsequent sessions can be offered face to face, or Online.

Some private healthcare providers will require a referral to a psychologist via their GP, or a consultant psychiatrist. However, others will allow a self-referral, it is worth checking with your provider.
Individual therapy can be accessed via face to face sessions located at either of the two clinics based in Northampton & London. Additionally we have other practices in London and other surrounding areas, or we can communicate Online. There are also options of online courses for assisting with reaching all areas of self-optimisation.
